Bored with conventional exercise? Then rip into the kind of exercise that will kick your teeth in...but leave you looking and feeling better than ever. Hard-Core Fitness does away with the usual cardio, endurance, and strength training and supersizes it into a boredom-shredding, muscle-ripping workout. Led by ATC's Todd Pratt, HCF is a nonstop, constantly changing hour of maximum-intensity drills. No fancy machines. No time to zone out. It's simple, effective, and exactly what you need to boost your endurance, flexibility, and strength.
WARNING: We call it "hard-core" for a reason. This is no dance class, so wave bye-bye to easy routines. Say adios to your limits. Say hello to the best shape of your life.
Hard Core Fitness is offered 6 days a week, and offers complementary homework addressing cardiovascular conditioning, flexibility/mobility, training tips, nutrition and challenges.
LOCATION: Amarillo Town Club, 4514 Cornell
Monday– Friday: 5:30am to 6:30am -or- 9:00am to 10:00am
Monday– Thursday: 6:00pm to 7:00pm
Saturday: 9:00am to 10:00am
COST: $5/session or $60/month for unlimited sessions
*Must be a member of the ATC.
