kids & teens :: youth lift

We love it when teens are interested in using our weight room and cardio equipment, but we want to make sure they do it safely and knowledgably. That’s the purpose of Youth Lift, a program designed to help them understand this equipment.

Completion of Youth Lift is required for any 12-15 year old who wants to use the weight room and cardio machines.

(A signed parent release form is required before attending.)
