I want to reduce stress.
We all need a little stress relief. Some people turn to overeating or mindless TV consumption to decompress from the craziness of our lives. But members of the Amarillo Town Club have discovered a little secret: One of the best ways to reduce stress is to exercise.
It’s a fact. Almost any kind of exercise—swimming, water aerobics, spin class, weight training, or any of our other services—decreases your body’s production of stress hormones. Exercise enhances your mood and helps you deal with anxiety.
And as a bonus, it improves your health and boosts your energy. If you need help dealing with the pressures of life, the Town Club might be the ideal release valve.
