1. Work Out With A Friend

It's no secret that having a friend to work out with makes you more likely to stick with your fitness plan. You become accountable to another person (and they become accountable to you) and you keep each other motivated. Numerous studies have also shown that simply spending time with friends is an awesome stress reliever.

2. Share Your Progress

Sharing your workout plan on social media before it happens can be a strong motivator to help you stick with it.

For example, you could post something in the evening about the run or workout you have planned for the next morning. Your friends will support you by wishing you luck or by sending motivational messages.

4. Keep A Workout Journal/Log
