Full-Body Cardio Workout Classes At The ATC

group-fitness-class-diverse.pngThe new year is the perfect time to try out a new cardio routine. And what better way to reach your fitness goals than by joining a workout class at the Amarillo Town Club?

Full-body workouts are a great way to burn calories and tone your entire body. But with so many class options available, it can be hard to find the right fit for you. To help you choose the best workout class for your resolution, here's a look at our full-body cardio workout classes.


Beginner HIIT Or LIIT (Low Impact Interval Training)

If you're just getting started with fitness training or need a workout that's easy on your joints, this is the class for you. Both HIIT and LIIT help build endurance while burning off excess fat. Classes start at 9:15 AM on Tuesdays and Thursdays.


HIIT (High-Intensity Interval Training)

This HIIT exercise class alternates strength, cardio and core workouts geared toward building endurance. It's perfect for those looking to amp-up their workouts. HIIT classes start at 4:30 PM on Tuesdays and Thursdays.


Zumba

Who says working out can't be a blast? Zumba provides participants with a low-impact dance class that teaches salsa, samba and more, all while providing a solid workout. Zumba is a fun, energizing way to dance your way to a fitter you. The class is offered Mondays at 6 PM.


BodyPump

BodyPump is a group-based Les Mills barbell class designed to build muscle and burn fat. BodyPump works all the major muscle groups with squats, curls, lifts, and presses. Classes start at 5:15 AM Monday through Friday and at 7:00 PM on Mondays and Wednesdays.


BodyPump Express

With BodyPump Express, you can burn fat and build strength in half the time. This group exercise class challenges all major muscle groups. Its high intensity makes it one of the fastest ways to get into shape, offering all the benefits of BodyPump but in only 30 minutes. BodyPump Express starts at 9:45 AM on Mondays and Wednesdays and at 8:30 AM on Fridays.


BodyAttack

Want to be faster, fitter, stronger and agiler? Try BodyAttack! Classes consist of aerobic, strength and stabilization exercises. BodyAttack is suitable for everyone from serious competitors to casual athletes. Classes start at 5:15 AM on Tuesdays and Thursdays.


BodyCombat

Influenced by martial arts like karate, muay thai and taekwondo, BodyCombat offers an intensely energetic program that helps you to fight your way to a fitter body. BodyCombat can help tone your entire body while you kick off extra pounds. Classes are at 9:45 AM on Tuesdays and Thursdays.


Fit Forever

Fit Forever combines low-impact floor aerobics with toning, abdominal exercises and stretching. Classes are split between toning the upper body on Tuesdays and lower body exercises on Thursdays at 10:20 AM.
